Records Bureau
Copies of reports can be obtained from our Records Bureau Monday-Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am–12:00 pm. The Records Bureau is located in our Communications Center within the Administration Building, 2530 Ft. Amanda Rd., Lima, OH 45804. You may call ahead to request a report at (419) 227-3211.
If possible please have the report number, report date, and reporting officer's name upon request of report.
